Materials Package

Includes plans and all material including steel-clad walk-in door with Schlage lock.

• 16 x 7 paneled steel overhead door (from Haas Door).
• Additional 9 x 7 overhead door included with the Cord.
• 12” overhang on four sides (Hudson has 6” on eaves only).

Erected Packages

Choose from Packard 24 x 24, Cord 32 x 24, Regal 28 x 24, with either vertical-groove SmartPanel^® or vinyl white double 4.5” siding.

Other pre-figured package sizes: 16 x 22 or 30 x 22. Or we’ll custom-figure any size.

Optional: We’ll lay down the slab on your level site.
