Let Us Build You One Of Our Pre-priced Barns
Each package comes complete with a set of blueprints, all the materials and hardware you will need, plus an itemized list of material and their usage. At Chelsea Lumber we do not take shortcuts, so you will have a structure that can stand up to extreme wind and weather conditions.
We have over 15 different pre-designed pole barn structures—from small storage sheds (20' x 24') to large warehouses (60' x 120). You can choose the one that suits you best. Our Barn Packages Include:
- 6" x 6" and 4" x 6" treated posts set on concrete
- Gable end posts that extend to the top of the roof trusses
- Trusses tailored specifically for each barn and delivered to your site
- 2" x 4" diagonal truss support braces
- 2" x 4" diagonal corner braces
- Three rows of 2" x 6" T&G treated skirting
- Gables & eaves wrapped with heavy-duty Jensen steel trim or boxed aluminum overhangs
- Sliding door with Easy Frame steel frame, track covers, stay rollers & bumpers
- Pre-hung steel entry door(s)

Pricing Considerations
Free estimates for any size barn. Overhangs not included—one foot overhang at eaves. Add $5.25 per running foot for materials only; $8.25 per running foot erected, all barns. Call us for details on many other options! Permits/fees by owner for all barns.
These materials and labor prices are based on a 60 mile radius of Chelsea, MI. All materials and labor will be subject to change, based on your local building codes. Delivery charges may apply to areas outside of the 60 mile radius. The labor outside of the 60 mile radius will be determined by each requested building site.
