- Jensen Ultra 2000 29-gauge steel with Valspar paint system. (Stock colors include red, regal white, sandstone, evergreen, and clay. Other colors are available.)
- Gables and eaves wrapped with heavy-duty Jensen steel trim or boxed aluminum overhangs.
- Only top-grade lumber – no utility-grade wood.
- 6” x 6” and 4” x 6” treated posts, .60 retention, set on concrete. (All corner posts are 6” x 6” timbers.)
- Gable end posts that extend to the top of the roof trusses.
- Three-course 2” x 6” T&G skirting.
- Our top-grade 2” x 4” girts and purlins.
- Trusses tailored specifically for your barn and delivered to your site.
- OSB roof sheathing and fiberglass 3-tab shingles, with 25-year warranty.
- 2” x 4” diagonal truss support braces.
- 2” x 4” diagonal corner braces.
- Packages with sliding doors, “Easy Frame” door frames, track covers, stay rollers, bumpers, latches, and pulls.
- 3’ pre-hung insulated flush steel entry door with quality keylock.
- A set of blueprints, plus an itemized list of materials and their usage.
