How Our Financing Plan Works

Your Responsibilities

• Select the house plan that best fits your needs.
• Choose the site for your new home. (We can help you pay off your land.)
• Act as your own general contractor, employing subcontractors when necessary.
• Save money by doing some of the labor yourself. (You can get the help of friends and relatives.)
• Make all decisions with our guidance.

Our Responsibilities

• Supply cash to build your home. You’ll make no payments until your home is finished.
• Provide low-cost construction financing with simple interest – and only as you use the money.
• Supply the materials you elect to buy from our large inventory of high-quality building products. We’ll deliver the materials to your building site, and we’ll bill at our lowest cash-and-carry prices.
• Give you guidance from footing to finish. You can use as much or as little of our help as you want. Your own Construction Professional is only a phone call away.
