Serving You with Professional Home Design
Our on-staff design consultants will work closely with you to make modifications or additions to your home plan, modify a plan from our Design Library, or, if you wish, design a custom home to your specifications.
Using our state-of-the-art computer aided design (CAD) system, we produce for you a top-quality, effective home design with quick turnaround. You may also ask one of our consultants to review your plan and make recommendations or suggest alterations that may save you money during construction.
We have assembled over 40 new pre-priced home plans for you to explore and use as reference for your own custom plan, or you may select one of these standing plans for your new home. We have carefully reviewed hundreds of available plans from select home planners around the country, and have chosen plans that meet the needs of today’s consumers.
We selected home plans for our Design Library based on size, materials cost, production costs, climate conditions, past client purchases, and variations in design styles. We have accommodated a wide assortment of homes that are defined by price range, home styles, and square footage. Full set floor plans for each of these homes are available for you to examine or order through us.
Our Home Construction Finance Plan is Michigan’s oldest and most respected program of its kind today. From its onset nearly 40 years ago, our intent has been to provide clients with the best service and materials possible, along with the cash they needed to build their dream home.
