You get everything from rough-in framing lumber and 2x4 walls to top-grade cabinets and countertops for your kitchen and baths. Homes built by Chelsea Lumber include:

• All rough-in framing lumber including basement beams
• 2x4 walls with R-13 insulation (garage walls too)
• Pre-built trusses, where possible
• 25-year shingles
• Vinyl siding
• Aluminum overhangs
• Insulated steel pre-hung doors
• Andersen Perma-Shield windows
• Insulated RP steel garage doors
• Drywall
• All stair parts
• Interior primed six-panel doors
• Primed interior trim
• Fireplace (not all packages)
• Closet materials
• Kitchen and bath cabinets
• All countertops

Not included:

Foundation, site work (i.e. excavation, septic, well, driveway), labor, electric (including light fixtures, etc.) flatwork (i.e. basement and garage floors, cement porches), plumbing (including tubs, showers, sinks, faucets, etc.), heating and air conditioning (i.e. furnace, central air), appliances (i.e. refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.), flooring (i.e. carpeting, wood floors, linoleum, tile), gutters.

The customer will be responsible for the costs, purchase and labor/coordination of these items.
