​Our building consultants role is to help you:

• Figure out and plan ahead for the materials your project requires.
• Educate on the available products and materials so you can make an educated decision on what you want to use in your home.
• Facilitate deliveries. Don't worry about having to coordinate all of the different drop offs of materials and make sure they are delivered on a timely basis. We provide one less frustration and no domino effect of having to push back other pieces of the project because materials didn't get delivered on time.
• Provide you the home owner with a reliable and knowledgeable contact who will work with you closely on your project.

​Our building programs provide you the following benefits:

• ​We can help provide the Material Estimate for Rough Lumber/Siding/Shingles/Windows & Doors and Interior Doors & Trim from your blueprint.
• We can setup an Owner/Builder Account (a convenience account) to handle the materials purchased.
• By having this account, you don't have to meet the truck with a check, or call ahead with a credit card. We put the material's on an account that also provides you with record keeping. You will be billed once a month. Providing the account is paid in full each month, we also provide these perks.
